| GREEN | No alert or cause for concern. Security checks every 15 minutes. |
| AMBER | Possible threat within 1km of the base. Raised security, search party to investigate. Defensive positions manned. Security checks every 5–10 minutes. |
| RED | Confirmed threat inbound to the base. All combat personnel are to defend the perimeter and any VIPs should be escorted to safety. Emergency transmissions only. |
| BLACK | Hostiles within perimeter (“In the wire”). Combat personnel are to defend high-value base assets and flush the enemy out of the base. Emergency transmissions only. |
