- Warning — Verbal or written warning from SL, issued for minor offences and misconduct. Likely to be suspended for 24 hours if the situation calls for it.
- Escalated Warning — Escalated from the previous tier, or issued directly for serious misconduct. Possible suspension for multiple days.
- Final Warning — Escalated from the previous tier after no improvement, or for extreme misconduct. Likely to be issued a suspension at this point.
- Dishonourable Discharge — For gross misconduct. Removed from the team indefinitely (or permanently depending on the offence). Stripped of all ranks, ribbons, medals, certifications, permissions and access. Banned from the unit indefinitely until appeal.
- Permanent Ban — For severe misconduct, Tier 4 warnings after an appealed Tier 4, conspiracy, mutiny or extreme malicious activity against the unit. Ban may NOT be appealed unless under extreme circumstances. Users are blacklisted from all team activity and associated units.
Breaking rules outside of operations will be treated at the admin’s discretion. All warnings last 1 month. All warnings result in a permanent note on a user’s member record.
